My interest in the relationship between food and health began in childhood. A degree in Chinese and time spent living in Asia were great opportunities to learn more about the Asian approach to food and health. I am passionate about food and cooking, and I believe that nourishing meals should be both enjoyable and supportive of long-term health.

After working as a fund manager and having children I decided to have a change of direction. In 2013, I started a 3 year course in Naturopathic Nutrition at the College of Naturopathic Medicine in London. Now as a Nutritional Therapist, I am lucky enough to be able to combine a stimulating career with two of my great passions: food and health.

I work with clients using evidence-based nutrition and lifestyle strategies, focusing on practical, sustainable changes that can be maintained long-term and integrated into real life.

Ongoing professional development is central to my practice. In 2021, I completed my training to become an Institute of Functional Medicine Certified Practitioner and a Wahls Protocol Certified Health Practitioner. In 2025, I completed an MSc in Nutrition, Health and Wellbeing with Distinction, with a focus on metabolic health.
