My Story

Since I childhood I have been interested in the impact of food on health. A degree in Chinese and time spent living in Asia were great opportunities to learn more about the Asian approach to food and health. I am passionate about food and cooking and seek to make food both enjoyable and nutritious.

After working as a fund manager and having children I decided to have a change of direction. I signed up for the 3 year course in Naturopathic Nutrition at the College of Naturopathic Medicine in London. Now as a Nutritional Therapist, I am lucky enough to be able to combine a stimulating career with two of my great passions.

I believe that using a combination of nutrition, lifestyle measures and understanding your genes puts you in the best possible place to optimise and improve your health.

Continuing education is vital to keep up to date with the latest research. I aim to do well over 100 hours of CPD each year. In 2021, I completed my training to become an Institute of Functional Medicine Certified Practitioner and a Wahls Protocol Certified Health Practitioner.

Areas of particular interest include:

Blood Sugar Regulation, Cardiovascular Health, Cognitive Health, Gut Health,  Women's Health and Multiple Sclerosis.
